OK...duh. We have such things as "Google Earth", (or had, not sure, don't use it) and satellites which map ever sq. foot of the planet. We know for sure, already, where the attacks originated from. Additionally, we can "track", through electromagnetism big metal aircraft and such, and they will say they are sure, this morning. Please be alert. The Times is fairly credible, but not always. Quedtion being, why do people want to go to was against a theorcratic nation who has no intention of doing much except for continuing to BE a theocracy. Perhaps we could negotiate with them if Trump hadn't slowly but surely edged up to the question, against the advice of the Pentagon? Because he wants to keep his job.

(54,584 posts)1. Even if Iran *admitted* they were responsible, since when has the Mid-East
(save for Israel . . . . ) been part of the Monroe Doctrine?
Plus Trump claimed to be an Isolationist when he campaigned. Wanted our military out of the Afghanistan and Iraq.
