Turkey launches ‘massive attacks’ on the Kurds — US military are ‘sickened’ by Trump’s betrayal: report

Published 45 mins ago on November 16, 2019

Turkey launched a new offensive against the Kurds in Northern Syria, NBC chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel reported Saturday evening.

Engel hashtagged his update with #AmericanBetrayal.

“Massive attacks underway against the kurds in northern syria. No ceasefire. Total nonsenses there is,” Engel reported.

President Donald Trump reportedly greenlighted the operation against the Kurds during a phone call with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

“US military officials tell me they are ashamed, ‘sickened.’ It’s cold now outside. What about the families, and kids, out of their homes?” he wondered.

Away from "transcripts" and official records. etc..

Just a one on one. A Trump tower in Istanbul, and you can release the hounds on our allies.

I don't know why any service member could stomach to vote for Captain Bone Spur.

Erdogan told trumpie that he had audio tape of Jared Kushner telling MBS that the US would not interfere in his retaliation detention (then slaughter) of Khashoggi AND he would release it if trumpie didn't get our troops the Hell out of the way of his ethnic cleansing.

So, to keep his daughter's weasel-shit husband safe, trumpie rolled over like the pig he is. (All apologies to pigs.)

The Saudis did not realize that Erdogan had not just their embassy in Istanbul bugged, but he had intercepts of phone calls as well. Keep in mind that Kushner, like trumpie and others, was not using NSA satellite up-links, but unsecured phones. Not hard to snatch conversation out of the air when it's not encrypted. Lord knows who else has been listening in on the WH phone calls.

It's hard to keep up on everything. There are days when I just can't watch the news. Like last week, I didn't watch any of the hearings. Sometimes you just need to take a few days off . . . for the sake of your sanity. And blood pressure.

the story came from one unnamed source. Seems like it’s not been established as fact, however likely it may be. Will definitely keep an eye on it, though!

A piece that IDs the original report:

The original report, here, uses the qualifier “if true”:

I read it and linked to other stories as well. Buried in one of the stories in The Guardian was another reference to Kushner and his relationship with MBS. It was reported that Kushner gave CIA information to MBS on the other Saudi princes - those that did not support him and thought he was going too far and had too much power. It was curious that just after he ascended that hundreds of Saudi royals were rounded up and questioned/detained/disappeared. And not just those in the Republic, but royals in Europe, Asia and elsewhere. MBS could not have known the where-abouts of all of those people, as some had self-exiled, intentionally keeping low profiles abroad to stay off his radar. Then all of the sudden, MBS starts purging members of the Faud family. He HAD to have had help, not only locating some of these people, but assistance from others in getting them back into Saudi Arabia - some were kidnapped.

I think he's a ruthless, power-hungry and dangerous person. But what I can't understand is how Kushner, a Jew, can stomach advancing the agenda of the Saudis.

Has the evidence on trump money laundering using his Istanbul property to use to do it with , and has that over his head knowing he has him compromised and possibly along with trump selling policy to him for personal gain using Jared . Erdogan has him exactly where he wants him now. Follow the money and like he's done before I'd bet he had shell companies to funnel it into his properties , then into his pockets, again like he's done to use for his tax deductions he's manufactured to evade taxes with. They'll be finding crimes this guy was involved in for decades probably.

The more I talk talk to sources, the more i’m hearing America’s betrayal of the Kurds, and the humiliation, “misogynistic” “squashing” of US ambassador in Ukraine for political motivations makes people think, we, Americans, have become the “bad guys.” Hearing it was gut punch.

Eventually we will learn about the selfish personal financial reasons for the Kurdish sell out. He has betrayed the Kurds and betrayed the Ukrainians. Who is next? And the Republican Eunuch Party continues to support his path of destruction.

This is more of a war crime initiated by trump than the current impeachment crime, yet hardly a mention in the media. Then to top it of, he brings the war criminal, Erdogan, to the White House to praise him. Disgusting!
