House Republican Defends Trump Attacking Nancy Pelosi's 'Teeth': 'He's Frustrated' About Getting Imp

Source: Mediate

By Connor Mannion Dec 15th, 2019, 6:45 pm

GOP Rep. Mike Johnson appeared on CNN Sunday, where he was immediately asked about President Donald Trump’s tweet claiming Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s “teeth were falling out.”

After noting that Johnson voted against passing articles of impeachment in the House Judiciary Committee, CNN Newsroom anchor Ana Cabrera asked Johnson to respond to Trump saying “Nancy’s teeth were falling out of her mouth.”

“Minutes later he tweeted calling her ‘Crazy Nancy,'” Cabrera noted. “Do you condone the president of the United States speaking about a woman, much less the Speaker of the how is this way?”

“The president has a very unorthodox style of messaging. It’s not the way that I talk or I would tweet,” Johnson responded. “But the president is very frustrated about he’s been treated. He lashes out sometimes and I think a lot of the American people understand that.”

not that I even know whether she wears dentures or not.

She took a glass of water and clicked her teeth together at a press conference. If Trump hadn't drawn attention to it I would not have noticed. She was talking about why they didn't prepare an article regarding bribery. To distract from the substance, he talks about her teeth.

In no way was anything about to fall out. Its something a decent human being would pretend not to notice.

This guy cannot help himself when it comes to childish "I know you are but what am I?" kind of projection-based insults.

At this point I'm starting to think the precipitating event for Trump's Megyn Kelly "blood coming out of her whatever" was him having an episode of anal or urinary bleeding.

And it’s quite possible that was the reason he dashed to walter reed a couple weeks ago. Maybe he had some bleeding. With his poor diet, he might be prone to constipation. And when you strain, you can have anal bleeding.

Or, if it was urinary, it could be his prostate gland causing issues with his urination. Maybe along the lines of Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy with lower urinary symptoms.

As president, Trump is a role model for our children, and he has been a terrible role model. His words and behavior tell young men that to be successful you lie constantly, call people names, act like a bully, cheat on your wife, denigrate women and people of color, support racism, and threaten to put political enemies (including the press) in jail simply for telling the truth. Some role model.
