Because the article that crossed my screen was about the previous negotiations for the spending bill regarding the release of money to Ukraine. The House inserted a clause that required OMB to release any appropriated funds to Ukraine within 45 days.

It didn't say anything in the article about Impeachment articles being released.

There are not words enough in the dictionary to describe how I feel about this vile creature. And that includes all the dirty words I know too!
