(LEX 18) — The Republican Party of Kentucky filed a complaint against Amy McGrath's campaign, alleging violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act and Federal Election Commission regulations.

...........................

The complaint alleges that Nickolas, "knowingly and willfully solicited illegal soft money contributions for a pro-McGrath super PAC." The RPK alleges that he also solicited funds "in excess of the legal limits" for a super PAC.

.......................................................

LEX 18 spoke with Mark Nickolas who called the release, "A laughable complaint by partisan hacks who can’t believe we have the audacity to fight them using the rules they created."

This must have really chaffed them. I didn't even know this was possible. To raise TOO much money in a super PAC.
Also, how do they know if and when a Democratic candidate's super PAC goes over the limit? If there is one.

How do they know how much money she has? Is there a report they have to look at that shows how much money she actually received?

"solicited??" I'm going to send a little bit, too. Unsolicited. Turtleman has to go.
