A soldier stationed in Kansas accused of talking about a terrorist attack in the United States pleaded guilty Monday to distributing instructions for making explosive devices over social media, federal prosecutors said.

Pfc. Jarrett William Smith, 24, was arrested in September after he was accused of discussing killing members of the far-left Antifa movement and attacking a major news outlet with a vehicle bomb.

Smith pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of distributing information related to explosives, destructive devices and weapons of mass destruction, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Kansas said in a statement, and he faces up to 20 years in prison.

. . .

Prosecutors said that on Sept. 20, Smith sent a person — who was actually someone working undercover for the FBI — instructions for making an improvised explosive device. He was also alleged to have provided a recipe to create improvised napalm.

will probably pardon him claiming entrapment. At any rate the sentence is unusually light, don't you think? The last clown to do this didn't get found out and ended up blowing up a federal building and countless federal employees. Domestic Terrorists following our leader. I don't think we have seen the end of this as they feel more and more emboldened by their leader. If Trump pardons these kind of assholes, or they get light sentences, we will see a lot more of this kind of shit.

BTW why isn't the Navy Command, (or for that matter, the entire military command) making a shitstorm over Trump pardoning the Navy Seal????????

from Wikipedia (emphasis mine): At 09:02, a large explosion destroyed the north half of the building. It killed 168 people, including nineteen children in the day care center on the second floor, and injured 684 others.

McVeigh decided after spending a few months in Colorado's Supermax that death would be better than a life of prison in that Super Maximum Security Prison.........

One good reason for NO death penalty, life alone with no other contact is a far worse and justified punishment......

It's just crazy to me that he is a soldier who SHOULD be dedicated to protecting Americans from these exact threats.

How you get so twisted that you attack those you swore to protect?
