Source: Huffington Post

Just want to share the obvious with everyone.

And we can't seem to ensure that there IS a fair fight.

Where did that power imbalance come from?

FDR won four terms although he didn't live through the fourth one. But he started on fixing the Great Depression, and by the time he ran for his fourth term, many agencies and services were in place to form what we now know as the "social safety net."

Maybe we need FDR2.0 ?

How ever it happens, this is such a colossal recovery job that we'll have to keep as many republi-CONS securely OUT of office so we'll have enough time to complete work on some serious repairs. They'll just obstruct and interfere and whine "free market!" 'Supply side!" "Trickle-down!" "A rising tide raises all boats!" "Government isn't the solution, it's the problem," "starve the beast," and all that other crap that has NOT panned out the way they assured us it would.

Maybe two terms, followed by a younger person. Klobuchar, Buttegieg, or even "that woman from Michigan" (Whitmer).

I also like Cuomo, but dang, that guy can out-talk Hugo Chavez. His inauguration speech would span days.

Especially with his brother Chris Cuomo in the VIP stands up where they swear POTUS and VP on inauguration Day! They were genuinely funny together today.

I can just picture it!

You've got me stuck on the horns of the ol' dilemma now.

Now, I find myself envisioning a Biden/Cuomo ticket - even as I long to see a woman VP!

when those retags are in the right place and feeling themselves, they will admit that they never had any intention of being 'elected representatives' to anyone but themselves and those who pay them? Isn't it even more amazing that we are still in a country where these weasels admit this and they are STILL in power?
