Trump says coronavirus will disappear without a vaccine. Fauci has said the opposite.

Source: MSN

President Trump has been bullish about a coronavirus vaccine — so much so that experts have had to talk him off a more aggressive timeline for it.

But on Friday, Trump seemed to shift his rhetoric on the topic, saying we don’t even need one for the virus to go away. “I just rely on what doctors say,” Trump said when pressed.

Except that’s not what his coronavirus task force doctor, Anthony S. Fauci, says.

Trump offered his new comments about the potential vaccine Friday afternoon at the White House. “I feel about vaccines like I feel about tests: This is going to go away without a vaccine,” Trump said. “It’s going to go away, and we’re not going to see it again, hopefully, after a period of time.”

The second one was far worse than the first. By the time it was over (though it never really was - H1N1 still flares up, as in the 2009 swine flu), about 500 million people (1/3 of the world’s population) got the virus. 50 million people died, 675,000 in the U.S. Eventually viruses usually do weaken but not nearly soon enough.

Hundreds of thousands of people died. And, there is now vaccine against the flu. The last thing you would want is for COVID-19 to be a modern version of the Spanish Flu without any viable vaccine.

It infected an estimated 500 million people worldwide—about one-third of the planet’s population at the time, and killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including my grandmother's 2 little brothers.

I'm counting on having a vaccine before the coronavirus takes such a vicious toll.

One of them is a consistent liar.

One of them consistently tells the truth.

I'll probably just go with the one who has more news coverage, more media exposure. Besides, who can understand these scientists, these health officials, these eggheads - too complicated!!! God did not give me a god-fearing brain for this type of twaddle to unwrap. That's the ticket. Just go with simple - what could possibly go wrong? Be a stump, just trust in tRump.

What do they know?
They only have science on their side, I have my gut feeling.
And I will win the election when I prove the "scientists" wrong!
So there.

He knows the vaccine will not be ready in time for a second wave. He will do anything to save face and keep the votes of his base so he can get elected for a second deadly term.

So, he will ignore the virus now. Red states will start sweeping cases under the rug. We won't be told how many die from the virus and he'll say it was no big deal, he handled it perfectly. Just like the perfect Ukraine phone call.
At his rallies he'll tell his hypnotized devotees that he's done the greatest job in human history of taking care of the virus.

Now, more than ever, we need media to stay on this. Don't let him mastermind where our attention is drawn. No more "Oh, look! A Kitty!" moments. He will do anything. Anything to get re-elected. He would start a war if he thinks he can get re-elected that way.
