Minnesota director of pub safety states tracing arrested social media

Source: CNN live press conference

For of public safety just said that majority of arrests were from out of state. Governor said approximately 80 percent.

They are contact tracing on social media for links to white supremacist groups urging violence.

people being arrested, first thing that came to mind is paid agitators. Republicans will stop at nothing.

I was wondering how they arrived at the 80% figure. Maybe the Southern Poverty Law Center can help them trace the groups.

How many identified by arresting data are from out of state, divided by the total arrested. Seems pretty straight forward. None of the arrested would be released until positively identified.

or are they coming from all over paid for by malicious groups to inflame conflict?

I know that a lot of the memes demonizing protesters came from white supremacist groups, probably Russia too.
