Thousands of protesters rallied in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on January 23 against a government that had allegedly left emergency aid supplies unused despite the deadly earthquake that recently struck the region. This video shows the protesters carrying a full-sized guillotine to the governor’s mansion, also known as La Fortaleza or ‘the fortress’.
