This is terrifying. If they are unaccountable there is no telling what they will do. They are worse than the violent protesters and looters as far as disrupting the peace. Locals should call the police on them to report an unidentified man with a gun because that's what they are. Cops should arrest them.

Any LEO on the job or in public should be required to have visible insignia stating force, unit and badge number or the equivalent. For example, Virginia State Police, Troop 69, Badge number 666. I can see a rational for not having the name because of safety concerns for their families and homes but I could be persuaded otherwise. Also, functioning body cameras at all times. If they don't meet those requirements they're benched.
