A Philadelphia police officer has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault after a video surfaced showing the man allegedly beating a 21-year-old Temple University student during recent protests, District Attorney Larry Krasner's office announced Friday.

Video footage appears to show Bologna hitting the student in the head and neck with a baton. The student was knocked to the ground and another officer put his knee on him to keep the student down, the Associated Press reported.
Jonathan Feinberg, an attorney representing the protester, Evan Gorski, said that the engineering student was at home recovering from his injuries after being in custody for more than 24 hours earlier this week, NBC Philadelphia reported.
Gorski needed 10 staples and 10 stitches to treat a large head wound, according to Krasner's office.

In one form or another, people are interviewed and vetted for most every position. How is it psychologists and their tests are missing the lack of self-awareness of their actions or lack of self-control in some cases. It's not rocket science. They do this testing year after year. Perhaps they need some additional filtering to see if this could be one of the destinations of the applicants.

Police applicants have 40% in the same psychological category.
I don't know how the numbers were arrived at. I am a retired teacher. Regarding the 3%, that is about right. It was always the same four or five kids that were suspended, vandalized, got in fights, were disruptive and so forth. The rest of the students came in and did their best.
Our school's most notorious graduate was the C.F.O. of a major corporation. He was sentenced to 8 years in Club. Fed. Throughout his high school career, school rules didn't apply to him.
