DOJ aims to stop publication of book in new lawsuit against John Bolton
Source: ABC News
The Justice Department filed a civil lawsuit Tuesday against former national security adviser John Bolton requesting a federal judge to order him to complete the pre-publication review and "not disclose classified information without written authorization" in his forthcoming book "The Room Where It Happened."
The 27-page filing also requests that a judge order Bolton to take any actions "within his power" to stop the publication of his book as it's currently drafted and "retrieve and dispose" of any copies that may have been sent out to third parties.
"The United States is not seeking to censor any legitimate aspect of Defendants manuscript; it merely seeks an order requiring Defendant to complete the prepublication review process and to take all steps necessary to ensure that only a manuscript that has been officially authorized through that processand is thus free of classified informationis disseminated publicly," the filing says.
Additionally, the DOJ in the filing asks the judge to establish a "constructive trust on any profits obtained from disclosure or dissemination" of Bolton's book in the event they want seize the profits from Bolton directly.

He held out.
He wanted $$$$$$$$$$$
Yes, it will be great to see what he "spills!"
BunkerBoy will deny - and Moscow Mitch will support (as usual).
Nothing will be gained - and "Yosemite Bolton" will ride off into the sunset, mouth a-blazing and more ammo ($$$$) in his pocket.
What is WRONG with these people?
