Russia report reveals UK government failed to address Kremlin interference

Source: The Guardian

British government and British intelligence failed to prepare or conduct any proper assessment of Kremlin attempts to interfere with the 2016 Brexit referendum, according to the long-delayed Russia report.

The damning conclusion is contained within the 50-page document from parliament’s intelligence and security committee, which said ministers “had not seen or sought evidence of successful interference in UK democratic processes”.

The committee, which scrutinises the work of Britain’s spy agencies, said: “We have not been provided with any post-referendum assessment of Russian attempts at interference” – and contrasted the response with that of the US.

“This situation is in stark contrast to the US handling of allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, where an intelligence community assessment was produced within two months of the vote, with an unclassified summary being made public.”

They did not want to ask the questions because they already knew the answers. Of course Russia interfered on Brexit - the disruption Putin can cause to the block the better it is for him. And of course the Conservatives took donations from the Russian oligarchy. They have always put power over the democratic conventions of the UK constitution. They talk a good talk about 'taking back control' and securing borders, when what they really mean is there are no borders when it comes to their desire to have and keep power at all costs - plenty of cross border co-operation for that dirty game. Borders in the Brexit context are only for the little people.

People like Robert and his daughter Becka Mercer are extremely dangerous to America. I don't care if they have money but they can get their noses out of my life period. Remember when Trump announced keeping immigrants detained indefinitely? Guess who owns many of the detainment centers? Guess who owns private prisons. Who bought Breitbart News. Who paid Peter Swartz 2.7 mil to write a book about Obama and Hilary with the lies we heard before, and don't forget that Steve Banning, and Kelleyanne Conway are still in the white house. Steve Bannon was paid by a company of Mercer's for running Trump's campaign. Trump didn't pay him. Guess who owns SCL parent company of Cambridge Analytica with Steve Bannon as CEO. I learned a lot on my own as I was looking up what Brexit was couple years ago. This man his daughter and they cohorts of Anti freedom. The need to be investigated and I. Would go so far as to arrest them for trying to take over the government. Right here tells me this is weird. Why haven't they been investigated more so by now. Especially when he in 2010 got the Super Pacs started because he went to the Supreme Court to be able to donate ad much as he wanted. Having a limit on campaign donations was impeding his right to free speech. So he changed and tossed out his 13 mil he gave Cruz and donated 25 mil to Trump campaign. This is definitely a problem and should be addressed. Not enough room for me to tell all I've discovered. But this shit sucks.

this morning. He said London is the worst place for money laundering and some people in a position to do something about that and Russian interference are being bribed to do nothing.

(Browder is largely responsible for the Magnitsky Act to punish Russians involved in corruption.)

The corrupt PM knew about it and tried to hide it from the public.
