Feds probe men's rights lawyer in 2nd killing
Source: AP
WASHINGTON (AP) Federal investigators are examining whether a suspect in the ambush shooting of a federal judges family in New Jersey is also responsible for the killing of a fellow mens rights lawyer in California, a law enforcement official said.
The federal agents are trying to determine whether Roy Den Hollander, who is suspected of posing as a FedEx driver when he opened fire at the judges home on Sunday, killing her son and wounding her husband, had any role in the killing of Marc Angelucci. Angelucci was killed earlier this month in San Bernardino County, California, the official said.
The official cautioned the investigation was in its early stages and federal officials were working with local homicide detectives. In both cases, the suspect appeared to pose as a delivery driver, the official said.
Investigators are also examining Den Hollanders financial and travel records, as well as misogynistic screeds he posted online, the official said.

(7,895 posts)I've seen variations of him at university and in IT work I've done. So certain of their "gifts" and their rights and their ownership of anyone else especially women. Arrogant is too small a word for their outsized self-opinion. Kavanaugh and Thomas belong to that club.

Roy Den Hollander blamed Judge Esther Salas for robbing him of a legal victory that was then claimed by lawyer Marc Angelucci.
In his 1,700-page online book, Den Hollander complained that Salas took too long to rule on his lawsuit, brought on behalf of a 17-year-old girl who said she should be allowed to register.
Compare three years of motions to dismiss in Salass Court to the case in the U.S. Southern District Court of Texas on exactly the same issue of the draft registration statute violating the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution, he wrote.
That case had been transferred to Texas by the California court. The only difference in the Texas case was that two guys were the plaintiffs and a white 70 year-old man was the judge. After about a year and a half, the Texas case moved into the second inningsummary judgment. We, however, were still in the first inning fighting over DOJs fourth motion to dismiss. Just unbelievable, by now we should have been knocking on the U.S. Supreme Courts door, but lady unluck stuck us with an Obama appointee.
The lawyer in the Texas case was Angelucci. And in February, he made headlines when the Texas judge handed him a huge win, declaring the all-male draft discriminated against men.

Heartbreakingly sad.

(21,046 posts)Nobody is talking about patriarchy, toxic masculinity, sexism and just plain woman hating and inceldom.
Do you know what Derek Chauvin and George Floyd had in common, besides being male? They had both committed violence against women, but we are not permitted to discuss that.
Nobody is talking about it except Angela Davis and me.
