Fox News poll: Biden leads Trump by wide margins in Pennsylvania, Michigan

Joe Biden is beating President Donald Trump in Rust Belt states that were critical to Trump’s victory in 2016, according to a new poll.

Biden leads Trump by wide margins in both Michigan and Pennsylvania, according to a Fox News poll released on Thursday evening. Fifty percent of voters in Pennsylvania said they would vote for Biden, compared with 39 percent for Trump. That represents a drop for the president from April, when 42 percent of voters said they would choose Trump, compared with Biden’s consistent 50 percent.

Michigan saw similar, though slightly narrower, results, with 49 percent of voters favoring Biden, compared with 40 percent supporting Trump. That figure has changed only slightly since April, when 41 percent of respondents in the state supported Trump.

In both states, Trump is ahead among white voters without a college degree, whereas Biden attracts voters of color, suburban voters and women.

I'm still not convinced he didn't cheat somehow to win PA. But then with the RW gerrymandering here, Rs are cheating from the start.

2. Accept the the fact many, many people did not like

Hillary and refused to vote for her. In 2016. Dems swept all the rwo offices in PA. It's not like voters were averse to electing Dems. She didn't run a great campaign here either depending far too much on TV advertising.

Stayed at home in 2016. In Wisconsin and Michigan votes were hundreds of thousands down from 2012 and Philadelphia votes were down 100,000.

Let's be honest, she ran a bad campaign in PA and she was hurt by the Bernie supporters who hated her. If she'd spent more time here, especially in small group gatherings in the more rural areas of the state, she might have won over those voters.

I guess she thought she was a "shoe in" here in Michigan. I didn't even like her but I DEFINITELY didn't want Trump to win.

She won the popular vote nation-wide, so not as cut an dried as your reply seems to imply.

Trump and the Rs are criminals and will lie, cheat, and steal whenever they can get away with it. And quite often, they can.
