An "extremely dangerous" chemical leak has happened at a plant in Lake Charles, Louisiana, according to reports, and breached a major highway.
The spill has flowed over the I-10, the cross-country highway connecting the southern states from Florida to California.
Storm chaser, Jeff Piotrowski, posted: "Chemical leak south side of I-10 west Lake area west of Lake Charles. 911 is aware they are overwhelmed."
Fox metereologist, Brad Sowder, tweeted that it was an "extremely dangerous situation".
A cloud can be seen over a plant in the video and pictures posted on social media.

This is it before it was blown apart -

Same thing happened to the San Juan radar and it took 9 months for them to replace it.

It doesn't show the inventory of chlorine at the site though.

(10,161 posts)I was watching CBS who had hurricane reporters at a hotel who called to let them know of a possible fire or something, They were told it was a normal operation of letting off pressure, steam or something and not to worry about it.
