Kenosha Unrest: Teen Arrested In Deadly Shootings During Jacob Blake Protests

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has defended 17-year-old Illinois double murder suspect Kyle Rittenhouse as a "little boy" who was merely "trying to protect his community" during the shootings in Kenosha, Wisconsin last month.

Bondi appeared on Sean Hannity's Fox News show to discuss new video footage released by Rittenhouse's attorney which paints the suspect in a favorable light and suggests his actions were justified in the "war zone" which had broken out in Kenosha in the wake of the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

"You have got a 17-year-old out there trying to protect his state," Bondi said, despite the fact the teenager traveled from his hometown in Antioch, Illinois, to attend the protests on August 25.

"He is helping people who have been injured. He has paramedic training from being a lifeguard. He is taking graffiti off walls. He is trying to mitigate the chaos out there."

In a statement provided to Newsweek, Bondi clarifed she meant that Rittenhouse was "defending a nearby city" and not his home state or community................................

Pam Bondi forgets to say that Rittenhouse brought his loaded long gun with him as he crossed from Illinois to Wisconsin
to the protest.
umm... was he taking graffiti off the wall in the dark?

agree. These are the nazis your mother warned you about. I can't see how this doesn't devolve into open warfare. I am antifa. And everyone on this site is antifa. How are we to carry on unless it is to resist?

Whatever he might have been rained for, it didn't take. He was there to shoot somebody. He did.

You can tell who the real helpers are. They're not hiding behind guns.

some way or the other from these charges. The only mitigating factor here is that he shot and killed two white men. That might get him house arrest for 6 months, blah, blah blah... they were socialist anti-fascists, after all, a few months of probation, maybe some community service and his record expunged so the poor little trump minion's life is not screwed for the rest of his little murderous life. Now if the two killed-murdered had been two black men...I'm sorry please excuse me, "thugs" he'd be cleared of all charges except maybe the gun issue. And he was protecting "a nearby city" so...those black men had smoked marijuana, jaywalked, been ticketed for a taillight out...da da, da da, da da.
