Having an indoor fundraiser, meet and greet with no masks when you know that you have been exposed for more than 15 minutes maskless in a room sure seems like a wanton recklessness that should be pursued either criminally or civilly.

Doubt any of the donors would sue (what could he pay anyway)...If I was a reporter who was forced to be there by my boss, I would certainly think about a lawsuit since the administration knew that they were needlessly putting people at risk.

We know the current DOJ is not going to go after superspreaders. Maybe in January when the grownups take over.
