Trump campaign launches 'Operation MAGA' while president recovers from COVID-19

The reelection campaign for President Trump on Saturday announced it was launching “Operation MAGA,” a series of in-person and virtual campaign events to be held throughout the final month before Election Day.

The announcement comes as Trump remains at Walter Reed Medical Center following the news early Friday that he and first lady Melania Trump had contracted COVID-19.

In a press release, the campaign described “Operation MAGA,” as “a full marshaling of top-level surrogates, campaign coalitions, and Trump supporters to rally behind the President and carry the campaign forward until the President returns to the trail.”

“Operation MAGA will fire up the entire MAGA universe to keep President Trump’s campaign at full speed until our Commander-in-Chief returns to the campaign trail,” Trump 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien, who also tested positive for the virus on Friday, said in the press release.

20. I finally turned the TV on after a number of weeks and was just on MSNBC

(although just clicked it off) and I saw a brand new (for me) Biden commercial of a farmer in Western PA who was talking about how he "made a mistake in 2016" and how the handling of the pandemic was "totally negligent".

It was this ad (first time I had seen this - they are playing different ads on the radio) -

Unless the TV/radio stations are letting the pre-paid ads continue to run (regardless of the type/content) until a new set is submitted or someone doesn't consider these "negative", then I think the "cancelling" may have been a head fake!

(ETA - I am in Philly, which is in SE PA, so seeing this Western PA ads was interesting)
