Biden says he'll debate Trump next week if it's deemed safe
Source: CBS News
Joe Biden on Monday said he is open next week to debating President Trump, who tested positive for COVID-19 last week and was hospitalized over the weekend if it is deemed safe to do so.
"If the scientists say that it's safe and the distances are safe, then I think that's fine," Biden told reporters before boarding his plane to campaign in Florida. "I'll do whatever the experts say is the appropriate thing to do."
Trump 2020 communications director Tim Murtaugh said Monday that Mr. Trump intends to debate on October 15.

Cheeto - and his kleptocrat coterie - will no doubt try his darndest to infect Biden.
It's become his new campaign strategy.

They have an obligation to stay healthy not just for themselves, but all of their supporters!

(51,584 posts)2/3 of Americans already don't trust the BS news from his doctors or him. Also, they don't think he handled Covid well and they don't think this experience will change his attitude and behavior as far as Covid id concerned. This will backfire on jim. He wants to interrupt and rant like before...and he lost that debate. Doing a rerun AFTER Covid will lose him more voters and make Biden look like the sane, responsible choice.

There have to be better ways than putting all of the people involved into a single room.

no way he makes it to the debate.
