Susan Collins Donated To QAnon Supporters Running For Office
Source: Huffington Post
Sen. Susan Collins, the Maine Republican facing stiff competition from Democratic challenger Sara Gideon, donated to two state legislature candidates who support the bizarre conspiracy theory QAnon, Mainer was first to report Friday.
Both of the Republican candidates, Kevin Bushey and Brian Redmond, received $400 from Collins political action committee, Dirigo PAC, records show.
A request for comment from Collins office was not immediately returned.
Polls show Gideon has a solid lead over Collins, a centrist whose 2018 vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court kicked off a massive fundraising effort for her eventual opponent.

(11,683 posts)She is in mental decline. I didn't mean to imply we will wait until her reelection. She may hold together and be in office like an honorarium. But like Trump, she no longer functioning at a needed level-if even close to that. Wishful thinking but dementia is a real thing as in normal mental decline to a level of dysfunction.

I know that The Lincoln Project has the defeat of Susan Collins as a priority.
As we know, they are always on top of it!....I'll try to send an email or contact for them. I'd love for them to get an ad out against her regarding this ASAP.....I just now sent the HUFFPOST story to them...Thanks

(5,801 posts)any puke member of Congress these days--after they kicked out all the somewhat reasonable Republicans--is way to the right of "centrism."
She just puts on an act and the media buys it. And, after all, in a desperate attempt to avoid acknowledging that pukes have turned into a pack of vicious wild dogs, the media grasps at anyone who is not overtly loony.
