I think aside from other reasons for this OTT vitriol that they have, much of it is squarely the fault of the GOP, who courted them for DECADES (from back to Barry Goldwater's run), "promising them the moon", but then afterwards, shoving them aside.

Nixon, Raygun, Poppy, and Shrub all did this. But for the first time in 55+ years, they finally got their agenda not only put front and center, but actually put into effect through "Executive actions", legislation and court rulings, and they are "drunk" on this first-time-in-just-over-a-century breakthrough (since Woodrow Wilson) power of the acceptance and promotion of their agenda.

9. That's how I got my yard sign in Ohio. There was a Biden sign on the bank beside the road for

several days. One day last week I saw where someone drove off the road and ran down the sign. I saw the sign
knocked over with the wire frame all mangled up. I had a couple of those wire frames at home so I took the sign
home and posted it in my yard. The thought has entered my mind to run down Trump signs but I figure there could be
a camera, not a good idea. I never heard of Florida man though.

10. My tenant who rents the other home on my property here took one of my local candidates signs and

moved it over to my side. I had a bunch of Dems signs up, including 2 Biden signs, in the middle of the common front yard and 2 under the 2 trees in front. The one sign under the tree in front was moved to my side. Well i called the tenant up & told her in no uncertain terms was she or anyone in her house to move my signs. She denied moving them so i suspect her aged father likely did. I put it right back & it hasn't been moved since. To my relief the dad is moving out now that his mother whom they were caring for passed away.

11. This presents an interesting question. We have a tenant also,

and he's a Democrat and we have no lawn signs out, but what if he put out a sign for a candidate I don't like? He pays rent, and it includes use of the yard. I think that he has a right to put out a lawn sign.

Of course, if it were an actual Drumpf sign, I'd have to go looking for a whole lotta Biden signs.

12. I had the exact same dilemma and after thinking about it, decided i get to put up as many signs as

i want given it's my property and it's not spelled out in the rental contract. I also have the right to rent to someone else.
I was somewhat surprised to find out my tenant was a 45 supporter given her husband is a black man and her kids are mixed. She's a gentle lady, just terribly ignorant. Her husband & kids seem to be a lot more sensible, thank goodness.

For my other rental properties the tenants didn't bother putting up any signs so i can't tell if they are Repugs or not. I figure since i don't live on those properties and don't see them every day, for now it's OK. But going forward i will be more careful in screening tenants to make sure they're not rabid RW'ers. Prior to 2016 this hasn't been a problem.
