Trump changes election night plans, cancels party at Trump International: report

Source: the hill

By Celine Castronuovo - 10/30/20 08:24 AM EDT

President Trump has reportedly called off plans to host an election night event at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., a person familiar with the plans told The New York Times.

The source told the Times that Trump will instead likely remain at the White House on Nov. 3.

This comes after the Trump campaign last weekend sent fundraiser emails to donors announcing a drawing that would give one winner, along with a guest, the chance to be flown to the nation’s capital, where they would stay for free and attend the Nov. 3 party at Trump International as VIPs.

“November 3rd will go down in history as the night we won FOUR MORE YEARS,” the email read. “It will be absolutely EPIC, and the only thing that could make it better is having YOU there.”

At a press conference Monday, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) said she was not aware at the time of party preparations at Trump International, which Washingtonian reported is sold out for election night.

He (and his aides) know he's going to lose the election. He can't throw a "victory party" if he loses. So, he'll stay home at the White House pretending to be an engaged president.

Trump is going to be humiliated by the election results and he won't want to be seen in public when that happens.

Loser.

That would be hilarious. And Trump, if he was watching, would recoil in panic and horror.

And Trump would do it no doubt if he won. But I think Biden is too classy and too aware not to antagonize Republicans on day one. After all Trump will have 2 and a half months to exact his revenge. (Damn that's a long transition period)

But I'd love to hear him say it regardless.

He can't stand being a loser. And each day his loss is going to get bigger and bigger. His thin skin can't take it.

He doesn't do shit, and has proven that ANY FUCKING ONE CAN BE PRESIDENT. Or at least "fill the position".

He will have his bags packed by Tuesday, and the jet warmed up and ready to go, Tuesday night.

Which is why it is imperative that SOMEONE makes sure those plane tires stay FLAT.

We have an orange jumpsuit, and a 6' X 8' cell with a complimentary can of GOLD spray paint ready for his "rehabilitation". Orange on orange sitting atop a spray gold toilet is his just desert.

It will likely be worth a lot less on November 4. After the election, Republican donors and party leaders will have no reason to stay there and pay his exorbitant rates. Nor will foreign dignitaries who are willing to pay for many rooms never used to bribe Trump to do favors for them. Of course, no one is traveling much right now anyway. I’m surprised his hotel is even open.

Just like he stiffed arenas where he had rallies.
Just like he stiffed contractors after they did their work.
Just like he stiffed furniture suppliers after they delivered.
Just like he stiffed AMERICANS after they "elected" them.

Lose in terms of the number of votes needed to win in each of the states that is. But that's just an inconvenience.

Now the real work begins and they have to get on it that very night attempting to subvert the will of the people.

So it's all hands on deck at the White House Issuing ridiculous Executive Orders and making unhinged last minute, CT level assertions against Democrats.

which I'm sure Trump would have no problem violating, but violaters can lose their liquir license - a big deal to a hotel with a restaurant and bar area.

That was big reason I heard on either CNN or MSNBC.
