Republicans Hold Montana Senate Seat With Daines Victory

Source: Bloomberg

Republican Senator Steve Daines of Montana won a second term, the Associated Press projected, beating two-term Democratic Governor Steve Bullock.

The contest between Daines, an ex-software executive and ally of President Donald Trump, was one of the most expensive and competitive races for the Senate this year.

Democrats need a net gain of three seats to take control of the Senate if Joe Biden wins the presidency, or four if Trump is re-elected.

Why does it seem like in close races that Republicans always end up winning? It doesn’t make sense.

We only won the two races (Colorado and Arizona) we were always expected to win. Once again, whenever there’s an upset, it only seems to fall in Republicans’ favor. Annoying.

I can't handle the shit this state will be going through, I fought so hard for the public lands here and now, they will be sold off. You can kiss Yellowstone and Glacier good-bye. Hope y'all had a chance to visit 'cause it'll be gone soon, I can't bear to watch.
