Joe Biden has won Michigan, NBC News projects.

An important notch for the former vice president, who believed his working-class appeal and attacks on Trump for his handling of the coronavirus would resonate with voters in the industrial Midwest.

The state, which Trump carried in 2016 over Hillary Clinton by fewer than 11,000 votes out of over 4.5 million cast, has 16 Electoral College votes.

20. My community really came together

Letting people know wait times at early voting locations, getting to the bottom of some votes from a senior center in a predominately Black community that did not show up as received at the Sec of State website, making sure no one was stranded in a long line at the end of the day. My city council rep hired a jazz band to keep people entertained while they waited in line.
