Trump asks Supreme Court to set aside Wisconsin's election

Source: MSN/USA Today

MADISON - President Donald Trump on Tuesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse Wisconsin's high court, set aside the state's presidential election and allow Republicans who control the Legislature to decide how to cast the state's 10 electoral votes.

It's the latest in a string of dozens of challenges by the Republican president and his allies to overturn the Nov. 3 election he lost to Democrat Joe Biden. Trump and his supporters have failed to make headway in the courts.

"This Court is likely the only institution of our government capable of credibly resolving the controversy over this election," Trump's legal team told the Supreme Court in its filing.

Trump's lawyers asked the nation's highest court to put the case on a fast track so it can be decided before Congress counts electoral votes on Jan. 6.

Oh, they're going to credibly resolve it. That's pretty much for certain, and it's not going to be in his favor.

I wonder how much Trump's lawyers have made off of the 60+ lawsuits. Seems like just another way to fork out cash to his cronies.

from coming back again and again with even more ludicrous entreaties to the Court system. I imagine they'll still be trying on January 21, 2021. What's that old saying? Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. Stupid is as stupid does.

Grab yourself by the cojones and get over yourself already. You're a loser, and you've eff'ed up everything you've touched in the last four years (and for your whole miserable life, truth be told). There is no way in this eff'ing earth that you deserve anything but scorn. Maybe we can bring back that joke of a TV show of yours and someone can tell you, the "boss", "You're fired" on national TV. Would that maybe convince you? Probably not, but it would make for a great spectacle and public humiliation. There's no one more deserving.

Trump continues to think that the Supreme Court is his personal court. I think it's the word "supreme" that has him confused, to him that court has his name on it. At his developmental age, "it's not fair" is a legal argument, so he thinks that his court has to pay attention to him if his reps run in there waving papers and shouting, "...so unfair." He hasn't learned this is four years, so he probbaly won't in the next month.

That it hasn’t even requested a response to any of the first six tells you how this one is going to go, too.

Don, your dad is long dead. Stop trying to please him. YOU LOST.

Stop asking for do-overs like a spoiled 5-year-old losing at Chutes And Ladders.

This is where this all is coming from — Trump’s massive insecurity/inferiority complex, moreso than any fear of being clapped in prison once he does leave.

The man needs urgent psychiatric help.
