A new YouGov poll found that 45% of Republican voters approved of the storming of the U.S. Capitol, while 43% opposed it.

Just 27% of Republicans think this action should be considered a threat to democracy, with 68% saying otherwise.

It may have been the right thing to do in 2008, although I did not agree with it, but it can't be more imperative than it is today.

If they do shy away from taking any more action than prosecuting the sad sack individuals caught on camera, not going after the enablers, they will remind me of those officers at the gates that simply let the insurrectionists walk past. Maybe in hopes that they'd just stay on the steps and not go any further. Someone in the crowd promised them they would!

are totally dismissed by many here for their mob critical comments, etc., - are important to 'educate' some of their supporters, voters, etc.
They can do so better than righteous folk to the left of these republicon voices - imho.

This was not a protest, they BROKE INTO THE CAPITAL, and were directed there by the President so he could stay in power. Then all these Republicans in Congress signed on to this lie that they continue to perpetuate for their own gain. This is a coup, and they are continuing it.

Enough with lying and Grandstanding, this is not politics, this is inciting an overthrow of our government.

100's of people armed, breaking into our capital to stop the procedure of the transfer of power! Arrest them all, including the people who continue to aid this madness.

american people are deer in the headlights with what could be heading our way in during the next 13 days. The difference between now in America and Germany in 1932 is only 10-15% of Germans were targets of Hitler and most were Jews. IN America its 60% of the country who are the targets

The Retrumplicans Party MUST be destroyed.

I recommend starting with Hate Radio stations.

There should be protests at EVERY last one of the local stations that poison our country with this shit, and the people that work at these stations and the advertisers that pay their bills, should never again enjoy a moment of peace.

They're not backing off one inch. Rush is telling them that if Repugs want to live and work officially in D.C. they HAVE to say these things they're saying against the president, so don't be too harsh on them.

No? Then crawl back in your holes and shut up. Don't destroy without a plan to rebuild or replace. Guns, bombs, mass murder doesn't do anything but create anarchy.
