The US House of Representatives has released its resolution to impeach President Donald Trump, charging him with "incitement of insurrection," an article for which the House is expected to vote on this week.

The false claims since the election

The speech on the 6th lying about the election and telling them to fight like hell (sorry can’t cut and paste from the cnn version of doc)

Trump committed a crime and broke his oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

That's why McConnell refuses to conduct a trial. He knows there is no defending what Trump has done.
