BUSTED: Emails reveal further efforts by Trump's White House to influence Georgia elections offici

Source: raw story

Sarah K. Burris March 11, 2021

An aide to former chief of staff Mark Meadows' was part of the Trump administration's attempt to pressure Georgia officials into changing the 2020 election results.

According to documents that American Oversight obtained, Cassidy Hutchinson contacted Georgia's Deputy Sec. of State Jordan Fuchs on Dec. 30 to attempt to influence other members of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's (R-GA) team. At one point Meadows actually went down to Georgia to visit with Georgia Chief Investigator Frances Watson.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) first contacted Raffensperger at the end of November to talk to him about the election. Graham denied calling the Georgia officials, according to NBC News. ..............................

Graham is my worthless POS, I hope he gets caught up in this and
he can be taken down. I’d like to see Scott go down some how, another
POS from SC.
The whole SC election, especially Graham's win needs to be investigated.

5. Seriously I cannot believe all these F***ERS are not IN JAIL ...

If Obama had pulled this crap, had lost by 7M votes to Romney, had refused to concede, tried to cheat w/these phone calls, spoke at an insurrection rally ... MY GOD!

All-day, every-day on Faux it would be "Obama Watch: 62 days" and all they'd talk about all day long, STILL, it'd be like 'it's been 62 days now, when is Obama going to be arrested for Insurrection, Election Fraud, and MURDER!!?!!' and recounting his involvement in everything like these phone calls, ties to the Proud Boys, talking about those bombs that were placed, I mean it would be RELENTLESS.

Instead everyone's just like "herpty derp, Trump being Trump".

This is SERIOUS SHIT, and that F***ER should be IN F***ING JAIL right now for all the shit he did.

7. Dumdum will likely never spend a day in jail, his money will prevent that

but his organization will be picked off and many of them will go to jail. Isolating him is good. In a way, it's better than putting him in jail, where he'd be a demigod. I'd rather leave him in his gilt and mink lined prison of his own making, shunned by everyone he ever trusted, his only possible connection through people he overtly despises as unwashed, disease ridden toothless inbreds.

I'm not ordinarily a mean person, but he's done a lot to piss me off.

9. I think some of the things he's been charged with, or is about to be will affect him directly.

Some of the financial stuff is the kind of thing they used to get the big mafioso heads. His money won't protect him any better than it did Epstein, especially when much of it is tied up in financial fraud. He's subject to prosecution anywhere he acted to falsify taxes or investments, apparently including Scotland.

Getting him on political interference or other charges may take a while in part because there are so many possible charges, so many people tied up in them, and so many outside the White House circle, like the Republican Attorney Generals Association, involved in it and in continuing the corruption. Depending on what brings him down first his incarceration may influence the progress of other prosecutions.

I strongly suspect "his money" will be tied up in quite a few financial issues, not to mention what he appears to owe to Russian interests not noted for their tolerance of slack payment. He's long claimed more wealth than he actually has according to a number of people like Cohen. And then there is the question of his extended family's involvement in events political and financial. When enough light is shed on this dimension I suspect more of the "empire" will fall as well.

and is most likely limited to what his daddy left him, it's still; enough to pay lawyers to delay everything over and over again until he takes his dirt nap, especially since he's been able play the shell game with stragic bankruptcies and dummy corporations and shadow investors for decades. By the end, creditors will be squabbling over the remaining crumbs.

He's even being sued here in NM, where he hasn't paid his bills from 2016 when he came to town and we threw him a riot.

There have been whispers since 2017 of a sizable loan from Russian mobsters that kept him afloat after the 2008 crash that was forgiven when he agreed to run for president and never claimed as income on his tax returns. That's about the only thing I can see that will put him in prison, if it's true.

13. The financial fraud charges in NY will result in criminal hard time, not just a fine or forfeiture.
Fri Mar 12, 2021, 02:38 PM

They are not new to pursuing people at his level of finance or influence. The crew working on his case now have done the same for Mafia and financial wizards alike. The law in NY is robust and well tested in this type of case. I do not see how he'll hold onto what money he actually has. Cohen among others who know him well enough seem to think his time is growing very short indeed. I don't discount that commentary.

He may be able to delay somewhat, but I look at things like the Epstein or Cosby prosecutions and the likelihood that he would jump bail if possible. According to his niece Mary he's not personally brave, no matter how his blustering might appear. I think he might collapse or flip out completely (maybe he already has?) once he's actually got to face charges in person. The only thing he might do is pull some kind of medical condition out of a hat and the NY court has already seen that act.

He's great at playing to the camera as long as he can shape the message. He can fool a lot of people who don't have the facts the prosecutors and judges will.

I won't feel safe until they put him behind bars for a lengthy stay. But I have faith in those who are investigating him in NY. He's not the favorite son he may have been in the late 90's. He's a vicious freak who feeds on dominating and abusing other people. He's been able to dance away previously because no one in his circle would, or could talk about it. Cohen has been to the prosecutor's office more than 7 times recently. John Dean feels that is a sign they have the critical information and that Cohen is telling them what it means, and how the scam was built and operated.

I can't predict how long it will take but the charges and the penalties will be significant and severe. He's toast in NY, in Scotland, in DC and anywhere he's done business, except perhaps Moscow. The Federal charges may fall harder but the financials are what will hit him first. And once they have him, his nasty in-laws and family will be next.

16. This country has been loath to stick serious plutocrats in jail

no matter how richly they deserve it. Also, don't underestimate his phalanx of shady lawyers. They can drag everything out for many years.

I would honestly prefer him free and frightened than in prison. He'll be a god in prison.Outside it, he's just a frightened old man who is facing the prospect of losing everything.

You can tell he's done a lot to piss me off.

11. Why do these GOP, who have made to positions of power on their own, love Trump so much?
Fri Mar 12, 2021, 09:53 AM

Trump is a loser and a nasty human being on top of that. Why do they worship him. Do they regard themselves as less worthy than Trump? Less able? Less intelligent? Less decent? Less qualified?

They all must really suffer from an epic case of "low self-esteem."
