Source: PoliticalWire

April 2, 2021 at 7:55 am EDT By Taegan Goddard

“Negotiations to restore the 2015 Iran nuclear deal will take place among all parties in Vienna next week, the first serious effort to rescue the agreement since President Biden took office in January,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

“Senior officials from all participants in the accord, Iran, France, Germany, the U.K., Russia and China, and top U.S. officials will gather in the Austrian capital.”

The participants in the Vienna talks are Iran, France, Germany, the U.K., Russia and China. The others have requested that the U.S. be added to the talks, but Iran said they object until the U.S. removes the sanctions which are in violation of the JCPOA.

They won't talk till we remove sanctions. We don't remove sanctions until they agree to a deal.

Iran has a right to be skeptical, they experienced first hand how a U.S. election can cause U.S. foreign policy to do a 180.

According to the agreement, if one party violates the agreement, the other parties are no longer bound by the agreement, therefore Iran CANNOT be in violation of the agreement.

Only one party violated the JCPOA, and only one party remains in violation of the agreement.

The US is the only country that has used nuclear weapons. Israel has nuclear weapons. Israel has intentionally murdered American servicemen working for NSA, some were friends of my husband. I don't trust Israel any more than I trust Iran. I believe that if a nuclear war starts it will be started by India and Pakistan. We don't have any right to keep Korea and Iran from having nuclear weapons.

Israel illegally acquired their nuclear weapons, in violation of the international NPT (Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty), whereas Iran has always been in compliance with the NPT.

Did Israel have a right to destroy Saddams and Assads nuclear program? Would the world be a better place if they hadn't?

The IAEA has written extensively about Iran's nucluer weapon program.

U.S. intelligence agencies and the IAEA believe Iran had a secret, coordinated nuclear weapons programme that it halted in 2003, which Iran denies. The 2015 nuclear deal effectively drew a line under that past, but Iran is still required to explain evidence of undeclared past activities or material to the IAEA.

"believe" AND "possible"

Way to bring the evidence to your unsubstantiated allegations.

Once again, the IAEA has documented Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapons program.

I could get into a long litany of other reasons, but from the getgo, the building was the wrong shape for a reactor.

Stupidity ensues.
