(Reuters) - Tesla Inc has filed an appeal on a U.S. National Labor Relations Board ruling that the electric-car maker had violated U.S. labor law, and on the agency’s order that Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk delete a tweet from the account.

The electric-car maker filed a petition on Friday with the New Orleans-based U.S. Court of Appeals to review the NLRB’s decision and order issued on March 25.

In the petition, Tesla asked the court to review the order and grant Tesla “any further relief which the Court deems just and equitable.”

Hey Musk, if the healthcare is so good at your place, why does the employees have to pay a co-pay for health insurance and have deduction taken out of there paychecks to pay for health care insurance, like most entities do, or do you foot the entire bill, I really don't see that in your business ethic or business model and the libertarian mantra.
And just for curiosity are you shopping for friendly court, why Louisiana, and not California...

The fact remains Musk is a shitty employer.

I have first hand knowledge from family and friends who were employed by both companies, and Musk is cheap with pay and irresponsible to employee welfare on the job.

Walmart, Tesla/SpaceX, Amazon, The tech companies all rely on the cheapest labor, some by offshoring some by using H1B and H2B foreign workers some by exporting the jobs.
