Idaho Governor Moves to Block Federal Gun Laws

Idaho Gov. Brad Little (R) has signed legislation aimed at thwarting a half-dozen executive actions by President Joe Biden to combat gun violence, the Idaho Statesman reports.
The new law came less than a week after a shooting at an eastern Idaho middle school injured two students and a custodian.

(9,666 posts)nationwide uniformity of state blood alcohol content laws. I don't know why it wouldn't work in this case.
Till about 6 months ago, I was hoping Idaho's governor would easily improve on his predecessor, Butch Otters record. Anymore though, Little seems to be falling below even Butch's level.

(1,666 posts)...of blue states deciding to legalize marijuana at the state level and simply ignoring federal law. They feel if blue can do that with drugs, they can do it with guns.
Not saying they have sound reasoning, I am just saying that is what they are thinking. It is also their version of sanctuary cities.
