Saturday afternoon Donald Trump took time off from whatever he does at his Bedminster Golf Resort to fire off two statements; one calling his 2020 election loss the "CRIME OF THE CENTURY!" and another questioning the "courage" of former Vice President Mike Pence and blaming "weak and pathetic" Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for the ex-president's failure to remain on the Oval Office for a second term.
The first statement was both brief and furious, with the ex-president writing, "As our Country is being destroyed, both inside and out, the Presidential Election of 2020 will go down as THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!"
Reports of the ex-president still raging and trying to spread blame about his election loss gave his critics reason to wonder if he doesn't have something better to do with his time -- as you can see from the comments below:..............................................................................

It Trump had a family that cared for him, --they would have him committed for mental treatment.

(13,369 posts)The people he cannot make submit. And as for being a cry for help,he wants the republican assholes to do his dirty work and make others believe the lie.
He's a godamn sociopath. He deserves no pity or compassion he chose to be what he is and does not care about anyone else. He is a bad person to the core and he's never going to not be a sociopath because he benifiets and enjoys being a sociopath and screwing people.
He gets off on it.

Good luck with him trying to avoid being arrested and transported in cuffs back to DC....or NY for that matter.....

(20,591 posts)he might be dating one of them now. Everyone else in the family is. If so, his big, strong SS agent might protect him.
He'd do anything to stay out of prison, and I mean anything!

(20,591 posts)I'm more inclined to believe the Sackler family pushing opiates was much more destructive than Joe Biden crushing Dumpf's ego last November.
The Sacklers and Trump take about the same amount responsibility for their crimes, though.

Anything to do with Trump is too puny to be a "crime of the century". He's pathetic.

He's a delusional criminal, and, as one, anything he writes or says should be given the appropriate amount of attention.
The only news I want to hear about Trump are indictments, convictions, sentences, or an obit.

His books and pResidential papers alone must have taken ten 18 wheeler's to transport.
HA! Just messin' with 'ya.
Trump could carry every important paper he ever signed as pResident in the crack of his gigantic ass, and still have plenty of room left for his golf cart and clubs.
I can't wait to visit the Donald J. Trump pResidential library. The empty box from his Big Mac should be plenty big enough.

They were responsible for publicizing any idiotic utterance he made, now they need to step up to the plate and confine him to where he belongs, the sad forgotten dustbin of history.

(114,615 posts)and there is no amount of money in the world that could induce me to be as twisted, empty, and ignorant as that man is. NO amount of flattery could compensate for the hourly failure he's presented with. No amount of fame or fortune can fill that yawning emptiness inside him, when he's not being adored, he doesn't really exist.
Pictures of him over the last 4 years taken when he was away from the crowd make him look like most of the air leaked out.
As he continues to get wackier and wackier as he needs to deny more and more reality, his crowds will inevitably dwindle, and with them, so will he. Oh, they'll continue lipservice support to annoy friends and family who know better, they will just fail to show up.
It is not going to be pretty. I wouldn't change places for anything.

Sometimes I think if I were a good, nice, decent person, that I would be sorry for him. I mean he must be ABSOLUTELY miserable. ALL OF THE TIME.
I guess I'm not a good, nice, decent person.
He's like the character in a novel that should at some point come to an enlightenment about how good he's had it and how he should spread that around. I'm not holding my breath.
