New York AG: Investigation Into Trump Organization Now 'Criminal'

New York Attorney General Letitia James has announced that the investigation into the Trump Organization is “no longer purely civil in nature,” according to a statement obtained by CNN reporter Sonia Moghe. “We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA,” the statement from the Attorney General’s office says. James had been investigating the Trump Organization since 2019, digging into financial records and recently working to investigate allegations that the organization had manipulated the value of the property it owns in order to reap financial benefits and escape tax liability.

And possibly people who have flipped. Is this a trap for Weisselberg and trump? Are indictments coming soon ? Will this cause trump corporation to be closed down and all assets frozen and or seized? We will know very soon I think, and this is a well planed well organized prosecution that'll cause their own convictions of the CFO and him and his family. RICO charges used?

20. Probably an 'intent to defraud the IRS' and / or racketeering.

And the case about "County Supply" - I think it's called - where Fred Trump pretended to purchase improvement items from 'County Supply' (didn't exist, but the money went to family members) and would then inflate the costs of improvements of the families rentals (water heater boiler, for instance) to falsely raise the rents. This affects buildings they sold, as well, since the falsely increased rents were valued in the sale price of the building. There's a large suit going on right now about that.

'Memba him? Weisselberg is the CFO and main moneyman for the Chump Organization. He's been there so long that he worked for Daddy Fred Chump since back in the 1970's, and he knows where all the bodies are buried.

Once Weisselberg starts talking - and he may already have - it's all over. Tish James and Cy Vance can stick a fork in Chump, 'cuz he's done.
