Obama to chat with Leno on Wednesday
Source: Politico
President Obama is set to appear on "The Tonight Show" later this week, in yet another attempt to appeal to voters who don't follow the ins and outs of daily politics.
The president will head to Burbank, Calif., on Wednesday to tape his fifth appearance on his show -- his third since taking office. It comes on the heels of an interview last week on another late night show, "The Daily Show."
Obama was last on NBC's signature program nearly a year ago, on Oct. 25, 2011. Though Jay Leno isn't known for grilling his guests, the host did push the president in that interview to discuss the killing of Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi, which happened just days earlier.
Leno isn't the only NBC personality talking to Obama this week. Anchor Brian Williams is set to spend two days following the president on the campaign trail and, according to the network, will conduct multiple interviews with Obama and get "rare, exclusive access."

Brian Williams is good journalist, for a 2012 anchor.
