Man Sentenced in Hate Group Plot Threatening Blacks, Jews

A New Jersey man is going to prison for his role in conspiring with a hate group to threaten and intimidate properties owned by Blacks and Jews throughout the country.

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) —................................


A federal judge on Tuesday sentenced Richard Tobin, 20, to one year and one day in prison. Tobin had pleaded guilty to conspiring against rights stemming from vandalized synagogues in Racine, Wisconsin, and Hancock, Michigan.


Tobin admitted he was a member of a white supremacist group and had directed members to destroy and vandalize properties affiliated with Black people and Jews, prosecutors said. They said Tobin labeled the coordinated attack “Operation Kristallnacht" after the 1938 Nazi attack against Jews in Germany.

The synagogues in Racine and Hancock were spray painted with hate symbols in September 2019.

Authorities said Tobin implored members to post flyers, break windows and slash tires belonging to Blacks and Jews....................................

America needs to stop pretending that calling a hate group a hate group is a matter of opinion - as in some say hate group, some say political group - which is exactly how right-wingers try to portray them (think Tucker Carlson, but not just him). Even going so far as to cast the criminal actions of hate groups as some sort of resistance.

And while we are it - they aren't really "groups". They are a terrorist organization - especially true of this person, who belongs to a terrorist organization that spans more than one country. Simply saying, call the pieces of shit what they actually are - a danger to America, a terrorist organization with cells all over the world.

That UK and Canada label his org a terrorist org but we don't is pretty shady. These charges seem designed to make the public think there's heavy lifting going on around domestic terrorism.

This guy is part of The Base that is still being run by its founder, Rinaldo Nazzaro, who worked in our Dept of Homeland Security (!) and who is now sitting in Russia, running this terrorist organization out of f'n Russia.

We let too many fine line criminals run around as informants, let vandals run around the country, ruining law and order, just so the FBI or BATF can keep trying to get some bigger haul that never happens.

This year-and-a-day sentence might be serve some safety goals or other goals, but w.t.f. -- why isn't this organization just shut down and its members put under permanent surveillance.

But how on earth do these people actually live? I mean, step back, smell the roses, see the beauty that's in the world. How can anyone go through life HATING so much? The sheer misery they face every day as the awake from their beds and focus on everything with such a negative, and yes, murderous hate. This ain't living. I just don't understand it, and never will.

Yes, we all know this. But, I just had to get it off my chest this morning. I will never get these people.
