Trump's longtime accountant testifies to N.Y. grand jury in criminal probe
Source: Washington Post
Accountant Donald Bender, of the firm Mazars, appeared before a grand jury that was impaneled this fall by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. (D) to weigh potential crimal charges, the people said.
In addition, in recent weeks prosecutors have interviewed Rosemary Vrablic, a former managing director at Deutsche Bank who arranged hundreds of millions of dollars in loans to Trump, according to people familiar with the investigation. Vrablics interview was not before the grand jury. Instead, one person said, prosecutors pressed Vrablic about Trumps role in dealings with the bank.
The people who described these interviews declined to be named, in order to describe an ongoing investigation.

But, I was told his guilt was so obvious he should have been indicted already.
Perhaps criminal justice in real life takes longer than it does on TV.

And Cyrus Vance promised us years ago that he was totally on the job of bringing TFG to justice. Then he slow walked the case for years. And now he has announced he will be leaving his job in a month and the next person will have to see the investigation through. So we'll be waiting another couple of years for the new DA to get up to speed and decide if he or she does or doesn't want to prosecute.
Gosh. The breakneck speed with which TFG is being brought to justice is dizzying!
Perhaps criminal justice takes longer when it is a political hot potato and the people in charge just don't want to deal with it.
And PS: his guilt IS so obvious, he should have been indicted already.
