Trumpy Colorado County Clerk Tina Peters Arrested After Resisting Search Warrant

Tina Peters, the clerk of Mesa County, Colorado who’s long been suspected of involvement in a leak of county election machine data last year, was arrested Tuesday morning.

Local outlets reported the arrest soon after. A video from Kyle Clark, a journalist with local NBC affiliate 9 News, appeared to show the arrest occurring:

A search warrant is a writ of the Court. Court's do not find violations of their writs to be amusing.

The facts of the case are irrelevant in the resolution of charge of resisting the warrant. It's a slam-dunk.

it's almost certain that Peters had a hand in handing over a copy of the election server and passwords to the pillow dipshit. she threw all the rules out the window regarding security of voting machines, IIRC because of the breach Mesa county had to use different machines in the last election.

she probably just screwed herself over by this recent stupid act of recording a court proceeding with her Ipad, now investigators have her Ipad, and will probably uncover more incriminating info from it regarding her shenanigans regarding the 2020 election.

se was released shortly after being arrested. she was asking for her car keys, and asked her cohort to do something, probably retrieve the incriminating Ipad from her car. it's reported the Ipad has been obtained by authorities.

The cop in the jackboots is disturbing. The police know what jackboots are and their history. They should not be wearing them. It sends all the wrong messages.

25. If I had to guess

I'd guess he's a motorcycle cop. I ride. I have boots just like that. There are may different boots commonly worn for various reasons that could be considered "jackboots" and claiming oppression, fascists and bullying because someone is wearing boots is over the top. Is the color brown off the table as well? There are a LOT of disturbing things in this country right now. Boots don't even make this list.

It is a 92 Soft Tail I bought new. I was riding for twenty years before that.
Anyone who rode with their pants in their boots would not be welcome in any group I road with. That is just weird.
If they were dirt bike boots I could buy it.
