Russia added 7k troops near Ukraine border, says US official

Source: Yahoo News

Russia actually added another 7,000 troops to the region, according to White House officials on Wednesday as satellite images captured in the last 48 hours seem to bolster skepticism the United States and its NATO allies have about the Russian assertions that it is withdrawing forces surrounding Ukraine.

The White House statements to Associated Press reporters about the new Russian troop buildup follows reports from the State Department that Russia has not withdrawn troops. During a televised address on Tuesday, President Joe Biden said that there were more than 150,000 Russian troops arrayed around Ukraine, and that, despite protestations otherwise, they were poised to attack.

not ready to beat the war drums yet but according to ABC tonight Russia announced on Wednesday that it has opened a criminal investigation into “mass civilian graves” in Ukraine, in what experts have described as an attempt by President Vladimir Putin to “justify aggression” against its neighbor., in other words, that false flag moment. They claim they were Ukraine supporters of Russia & include women & children. The problem is, the area has been held by Russian rebels for over 6 years.

3. But Russia won't blame the rebels, they will blame the Ukraine military. I doubt there is a mass

But remember, this could be "normal" (if there is such a thing) firing back and forth. They have been shooting at each other since 2014 and 14,000 people have lost their lives in the ongoing war. So, I'm just not certain if it's an indication of a full scale invasion.

The markets are very jittery though.
