Actor Lindsey Pearlman found dead after going missing in LA

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actor Lindsey Erin Pearlman, who had roles in “General Hospital,” “American Housewife” and other shows, was found dead days after she was reported missing in Los Angeles, authorities said.

Investigators had sought the public’s help in finding Pearlman, 43, who was last seen around noon last Sunday, ABC 7 reported.

Her body was found Friday morning when officers responded to a call for a death investigation in a residential neighborhood of Hollywood, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

That intersection is where a popular hiking trail is: Runyon Canyon.

If she was found on the street it would have been before or after entering the park.

7. You are correct that Franklin Ave. runs along the bottom of Mt. Lee where the Hollywood Sign

is. I think the range is part of the Santa Monica Mountains as you head west. Runyon is just 3+ miles up the road heading west from it.

8. Yeah I was facing the wrong way it has been a long long time ago when I was in that area,

and yes it is part of the Santa Monica Mountains....this is still very sad....

3. How awful. I got the Citizen alert for a missing 43 y.o. woman w/ brown hair but there were not

any other helpful details and no picture, just that it was in my neighborhood.

10. Cause of death still hasn't been determined

I have been wondering if it was carbon monoxide poisoning if she was found in her car - either accidental or deliberate.

She sounds like she was a nice person who was loved and not a reckless person. But who knows what was happening for her mentally and personally.

Sad ending to a young life.
