ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Leading Republicans spent much of three days avoiding Donald Trump’s chief grievances or ignoring him altogether as they unified behind a midterm message designed to win back the voters the polarizing former president alienated while in office.

That changed Saturday night.

Facing thousands of cheering activists at the Conservative Political Action Conference’s annual meeting, Trump falsely blamed his 2020 election loss on widespread voter fraud, for which there is no evidence. And as Russian troops advanced on the Ukrainian capital in an invasion widely condemned by Western leaders, Trump described Russian President Vladimir Putin as “smart.”

“Of course he’s smart,” Trump said, doubling down on praise of the Russian leader that many other Republicans have avoided in the wake of the invasion. “But the real problem is our leaders are dumb. Dumb. So dumb.”

There's always a way around any law. Ask any tax lawyer.
I've already voted in the first election since the new GA laws took effect. I didn't see any issues so far but these were local elections. And volunteers that I know are already contacting voters to make sure they ARE registered and have one of the required IDs. And I'm not even in a large city. I would think we have volunteers all over doing the same thing.
But regardless of these new laws, I will vote for them in the GOP primary. THE most important thing to me right now is defeating the Trump lackeys in the primary. I think it is imperative in every state that has one running that we all do the same. Unless there's a contested Democratic primary. Otherwise I want these fools GONE. they are a bigger threat to the 2024 election than Kemp or Raffensberger or Cheney.

Removing classified/top secret documents from the WH may prevent the orange swine from running again. While a POTUS may possibly have the ability to alone declassify documents, I highly doubt he can do it on a whim.
