Ukrainian Troops Blitz Russian Artillery

Ukrainian troops have reportedly sent Russian artillery troops scrambling after blitzing an enemy gun position.

Video footage of the assault shows a series of shattering blasts, understood to be the guns and ammunition exploding.

The position eventually goes up in an enormous fireball, sending what appear to be ignited shells into the air at random.

The brigade also joked that they are sending the second-best army in the world to the bottom of the rankings.

but it looks like they did manage to hit an ammunition stockpile at or near the artillery position. If they can keep cutting the Russian lines into smaller sections, they'll have a great chance of taking all of their country back.

That isn't a joke, by the way, it's a fact. The Russians have been criminally brutal but otherwise unimpressive.

I have a feeling when this is all over, Ukrainians are going to be teaching courses in the US military academies as well as those in other NATO countries.

17. One of the reasons they're as good as they are is Western training.

We began training UKR forces 7-8 yrs ago. Along with Canada, UK & a couple others. Not to mention even going TO UKR to train their forces.
They needed to be taught out of their old soviet-style ways of thinking. Which is and always has been inferior to Western training & tactics. The Russians are being exposed for it now. And most other communist/dictator militaries are styled the same way; never give any decision making abilities or mission info to anyone below officer rank or maybe the highest enlisted. They're always afraid of a coup!

Add to the good training the fact that they're fighting for THEIR homes & it makes a good combo
