Goshen Local Schools board president resigned on Sunday after an incident in Indiana, according to Goshen Local Schools Superintendent, Darrell Edwards.

According to Edwards, a video was posted to YouTube on Saturday evening showing the school board president, John Gray, being handcuffed by law enforcement.

Edwards says that the content of the video is deeply disturbing to the entire school district and Goshen Local School community.

Gray was serving his fifth term with the school at the time of his resignation.

The OP text is a bit confusing especially since there's a Goshen, Indiana and a Goshen, Ohio (there's a Goshen, Kentucky too!).

Gray is from Ohio near Cincinnati but was doing his dirty work across the border near Winchester, IN about 60-miles from home.

Mainly because it mentioned arrested in Indiana and he was from Goshen. There is a Goshen in both Indiana and Ohio.

The arrest was in Indiana. But he was a former school board member in the state of Ohio.
