Arizona GOP Senate Candidate Robocalls Democrats And Tells Them To Vote In The Wrong Place
By Ian Millhiser on Nov 5, 2012 at 9:00 am

Rep. Jeff Flake (R-AZ)

According to a report by Phoenix, Arizona’s NBC affiliate, Rep. Jeff Flake’s (R-AZ) U.S. Senate campaign called Democratic voters telling them to vote in the wrong precinct — in some cases as much as 11 miles away from their actual polling place. After telling the Democratic voters to vote in the wrong place, the calls also encourage the voter to “vote Flake for U.S. Senate.” Watch the report:

Nov 2012

Can that guy be charged with a crime for doing that? I'm serious, I don't know the answer. If so, I'd say throw the book at him and whoever else may be responsible. If not, there should be laws against that sort of thing.

This is who should be there. These are the real traitors trying to ruin our democracy 'take our freedom'

All of the assholes being caught tampering with our elections, including whoever is running things in Florida and Ohio
(who has the names please?- we should put out flyers with their names and faces to shame them)

After ten years they can have their freedom, anywhere but the US, take their passports, no Social Security or medicare....

I am serious. This is unacceptable. What. the FUCK!

They wasted our treasury, really the MIC looted our treasury...'spreading democracy' to Afghanistan and Iraq who already have better voting systems than US....they blamed their spending spree on Obama....and now they brazenly attempt to steal our election. We should be mad as hell.

But I agree, there should be criminal charges.

This crap is out of control!

Talk about a mockery of the system.

There need to be some strict rules before in the next two years.

Everyone of these conspicuous violations of VOTING RIGHTS must be prosecuted. People have to start going to jail for these obstructions and lies. It is a RIGHT of citizenship to VOTE and these ppl who interfere with that right are TRAITORS. They do with money what others do with bullets, torture .

...because whenever they investigate Republican law-breaking, the Repubs slam it as "...a political witch hunt..." and immediately begin retaliating. And the DOJ trembles in fear and self-supress the proper investigating because they don't want to look "liberal" and partisan. Funny thing is - when they're in power, Republicans go after Democrats anyway, without the same concerns.

DOJ really needs to go after this and not worry about how the right wing will explode. Subpoena telco records, find out where the calls originated, find out who owns that phone or the computer at the originating end of the line, and prosecute.

They go through more effort to find deadbeat dads and teen sexters. Voting rights are a big deal. They need to go after it, now.

Scumbag Republicans. Spineless DOJ.

This is why so many people dislike (and I am being polite here) the R's so much. The party of family values and of God and yet they keep up dirty tactics.

Arizonans: This reason alone should make you vote for the democrat Richard Carmona for Senate. If Jeff Blake (republican) is willing to do this to voters then how reassured are you that he will lookout for you as a US senator?

where it fell like a rock. This race for US Arizona Senate is very, very close and I think it would be an easy one for them to steal by using tactics like this.

btw Jeff Flake happens to be Mormon.
