See Kamala Harris' redacted Jan. 6 Secret Service itinerary -- disrupted by a pipe bomb.

Best laid plans: Then-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris was set to spend more of her day at the Democratic National Committee on Jan. 6, 2021, until a pipe bomb threat disrupted her plans, according to her Secret Service itinerary from that day obtained through a public records request.
The schedule: Harris’ day was set to begin with a classified Senate Intelligence Committee briefing on the “Solar Winds” hack from 10:00-11:00 a.m. that morning, and then she was supposed to move to the Democratic National Committee for events scheduled until about 2:30 p.m. She was scheduled to move back to the Capitol and her office through late in the night as Congress met for its joint session to count electoral votes.
Deviations: As POLITICO has previously reported, Harris was evacuated from the Democratic National Committee building at about 1:14 p.m. after a pipe bomb threat was reported. She didn’t come back to the Capitol until after the attack ended and the joint session resumed. Authorities are still searching for the suspect who planted the bombs at the DNC and RNC that day and have described the bombs as “viable.”
