Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Sunday said abortion providers should face criminal penalties for

performing procedures but said women would not be prosecuted in his state for getting an abortion.

In an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” moderator Chuck Todd, the GOP governor said only doctors who perform an abortion to save the life of a mother would not be prosecuted.

“They have to make those medical judgments and it’s not the state’s judgment to reconfigure those or rethink those,” Hutchinson said. “The decision has to be made whether it’s an [illegal] abortion, and then you go after the provider, and there’s a criminal penalty [but not for] the woman.”

After the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on Friday, Arkansas’s trigger law banning abortions with the only exception to save the life of the mother went into effect.

The law makes it illegal to perform an abortion, with violators facing up to 10 years in prison. There are no exceptions for rape or incest.

I don't believe him for a second on a pass for those seeking abortion services. In Asa logic, isn't she just as guilty of "murder"? Bare with me here, but if you follow THEIR logic, that would be prosecuting the hitman but not the person who hired them.

5. Not Prosecuting Women?

This can mean one of two things, (a.) that Hutchinson & Co. really haven't got the courage of their convictions because if they did they would go after women who broke the law, or (b.) they don't really have any convictions on the issue and never did--it was always just a sleazy partisan ploy to con Catholics and Evangelicals into voting Republican.
I report. You decide.

that requires a 1/2 cut across the board for the Department of Defense with the money going to free daycare, $200 for each child a month for food as well as complexly free medical for all children until they reach the age of 18.
It also provide $20,000 when they turn 18 that can help pay for college or trade school.
Something tells me though that the supposed Pro-Lifers will not go along with it but it will expose them as the phonies we all know that they are.
