allows a maximum jail time of one year and/or a fine. I do not remember the maximum amount of the fine. I think it is $10,000.

about the appeal they're going to filing. So, I figure the free time between now and October will be filled with that. If they're not done by Oct, I figure they'll try for more free time from the first judge until the appeal is completed. Isn't that the way that works? Or at least, the way trumpers make it work for them? I mean, he can't run his appeal from behind bars, can he? (LOL)

I do notice how full of bravado he is outside the courthouse, and how silent and on the phone all the time he is inside the courtroom (which I think is very disrespectful). I'm surprised he was called on all his courtroom phone and texting!

This wasn't an action to force compliance with a subpoena, it was criminal contempt for not complying. All they can do now is punish him, not compel him to produce/attend.

Just a heads up.
Some males get to a certain age where they deteriorate quickly - dress poorly, don't eat right, don't shower or shave or get age appropriate haircuts.
They just crank up their ego and tell the world around them what shape and form it should be in.
