Sen. Lindsey Graham reportedly called for rioters to be shot as lawmakers were forced to evacuate the Senate chamber during the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The Washington Post on Sunday published the results of a lengthy investigation: a three-part series, reconstructing in detail what happened before, during and after the riot when a mob of Trump's supporters stormed the Capitol in a bid to overturn President Joe Biden's election victory.

The second part, titled "Bloodshed," goes into detail about how then Vice President Mike Pence and members of Congress were evacuated from the Senate chamber after rioters breached the building.........................
