Bertino appeared before U.S. District Court Judge Tim Kelly to enter his guilty plea, which also included a count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Bertino, who previously testified to the Jan. 6 select committee, was involved in key conversations and chats with other members of the group, including national chair Enrique Tarrio and other leaders facing seditious conspiracy charges in the weeks before Jan. 6.

(7,839 posts)Several leaders of the far-right Oath Keepers, including founder Stewart Rhodes, are currently on trial for seditious conspiracy as well, just down the hall from where Bertino entered his plea.
So just down the hall the other seditionists pleading not guilty, yes, definitely not guilty,
just pooped their pants.
Now Bertino is a potential potent prosecution witness
not that the prosecution needs the help much, I predict guilty verdict at the end after jury takes a lunch break.
